FBI to Future Business Institute, ale i tak brzmi intrygująco, prawda? 🙂

Do rzeczy. Raport ma 24 strony, wiele danych z ankiety opatrzonej komentarzami ekspertów – m.in. dr hab Tomasza Rostkowskiego, prof. SGH (polecam ironiczno-sarkastyczny styl, jakże mi bliski!), czy Jacka Santorskiego. Jest tu wiele opinii m.in. o kodeksie pracy (do stworzenia od nowa!), utrzymaniu efektywności pracy, sposobów zarządzania zespołami online, wyzwaniach technologicznych i jak bardzo się myliliśmy myśląc, że to wszystko pestka! Online – offline, co za różnica! A jednak jest! I oczywiście: bez zaskoczeń, nie byliśmy i nie jesteśmy gotowi do pracy zdalnej czy telepracy. Po lekturze tego raportu przynajmniej możemy stworzyć sobie listę: „o czym trzeba pamiętać/co przepracować, żeby to zadziałało.”
